Small Groups: A True Biblical Community

This past Sunday and the upcoming one, there's a series at church about Biblical Community.

What do you think a Biblical community consists of?
Why are they so important?

I personally think that living out our Christian faith cannot happen without a community-- a church. Church is where God moves and allows people to grow and change to be like Christ. Church is the where we all come together as believers in Jesus Christ to worship and praise Him.
I go to church every Sunday. Great! But what about the rest of the week? What about Monday through Saturday?

“…so in Christ we who are many form one body and each member belongs to all the others.”
Romans 12:5

Mr. Moore and I live out this verse through a couples' small group. This is where we have grown and learned to live out Romans 12:5.
We meet once a week for a Bible study, a time of prayer, and a time of just sharing life. We have all formed amazing friendships with one another. We have formed great accountability to another.
Life as a Christian doesn't end on Sundays: it's everyday.
Join a small group! And if you don't have small groups in your area, START one!!
